As part of its ongoing co-operation and strong bilateral relations, a delegation from Bahrain’s Ministry of Education visited Ebrahim K. Kanoo Managing Director, Talal Kanoo, at the company’s corporate office in Manama.
Headed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, Lateefa Al Bonotha, the team thanked Kanoo for his unwavering commitment to national development through the company’s support of the educational sector.
Kanoo welcomed the visit as a positive step towards bridging the gap between the private sector’s requirements and educational programs offered by the Ministry.
“Ebrahim K. Kanoo is fully committed to enhancing the nation’s economy and we will continue to invest in the development of Bahraini youth by sharing knowledge and industry best practice. The Ministry has always been a strong supporter of private sector companies by introducing relevant and current curriculums into schools to increase employability of the students,” stated Kanoo.
In September 2019, the Ministry added a new automotive body and paint repair curriculum to public technical schools, which has been spearheaded by the Ebrahim K. Kanoo Company.
The ministerial delegation presented Kanoo with a memento and a certificate of appreciation as they discussed further avenues of co-operation in the educational field.
