eRevMax makes inroads in Bahrain with Hani Group

Hani Group, an upscale hotel chain in Bahrain has selected eRevMax to improve online sales with efficient rate and availability management.

All three properties of the group are using RateTiger hotel channel manager and price intelligence tool, Shopper, for online connectivity and revenue management.

The group has three properties across the capital city of Manama – Hani Royal Hotel, Hani Suites & Spa Luxury Apartments and Dana Homes Resort. With close to 40% bookings coming from online, it’s important for the group to maintain presence in online travel agencies (OTAs).

The company has been leveraging eRevMax’s seamless connection with global and regional OTAs allows the group to update rates and availability across multiple channels and receive reservations in real-time.

Driven by the young digital population, online hotel booking in the Middle East is growing at a double digit. OTAs account for around 60% of online bookings.

“Better understanding of bookings and customer demographics.”

With RateTiger, we just have to update Availability, Rate and Inventory (ARI) on the application, which is then instantly published across all selected online channels ensuring consistency. The detailed, intuitive and advanced reporting system allows me to have a better understanding of the bookings, customer demographics, booking pace and sources and other metrics,” said Mohsen Abdou, reservation supervisor of Hani Hotels.

“RateTiger and LiveOS have been built with a vision to simplify operations, improve efficiencies and give hoteliers time to focus on strategy,” said Debadyuti Ghosh, regional sales manager of eRevMax.
