Oman confirmed 18 new cases, bringing the total to 84.
In Kuwait, a total of 191 cases with two new cases and nine recovered brought the total recovered to 39.
Sudan authorities reported the second case in the country.
Meanwhile, Morocco reported a new death, bringing the death toll to five, and confirmed another 27 new cases, raising the total to 170.
Jordanian Health Minister Saad Jaber also confirmed 26 infections, raising the total coronavirus cases to 153, including one recovered.
After emerging in Wuhan, China last December the coronavirus has spread to at least 169 countries and regions. The World Health Organization has declared the outbreak a pandemic.
According to data compiled by U.S.-based Johns Hopkins University, the number of confirmed cases worldwide is more than 462,000 with the death toll exceeding 20,896, while over 106,500 have recovered.
